Can anyone help me with these? I know they are old but no idea how old they are.

i see it says RICH + GOLD + COLOR.on the reverse.This came up when i googled the words. http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedi...ch-gold-flower .Dont know anything about American buttons but might be of some help......Mick
