Went out today to a new site that I found. Was a beautiful day to be in the woods. Went around the foundation & found the buckle & what I'm guessing to be a Bridal Rosette. Was getting all sorts of signals but none repeatable. So I switched out my 10.25 coil to my 8". Was a LOT better. I'm guessing my 10.25 coil might be no good now.

Any how went back over the area again & got a good strong signal at a hole I had previously dug with the larger coil. So I said what the heck let's check it out. GLAD I DID :sweet:. Out pops the 1739 King George II . Rescan the hole & get another good signal, oh no I didn't oh YES I DID!!. A 1736 King George II . My 2nd Colonial Pocket spill!!!

Also found what appears to be a straight razor & this thin oval disk with what looks to say "1 or I" On the top line followed by 1 or IYCCCK. Any Ideas?

Thanks In Advance For Looking & HH!!

the other KG is a 1736 , 1776 would be a george the 111 and face the other way, great looking coins though and congrats

Really nice finds and old that's great . Congrats Sounds like you have a bad coil or it was just to big for the area and was getting confused cause of to many targets under it at one time . Good Job
