Sleigh bell or cattle bell

Sorry for the poor pics... blackberry camera is terrible.

I found this in a field behind my barn this evening. It was about 6 inches down.

It was packed full of dirt, but with some hot water and a few tooth picks, I got it out of there and now it rings again. I love bringing the past back to life.
