I think not..looks like it lacks the fusion crust like these ones: http://meteorites.wustl.edu/id/fusioncrust.htm

Theyalso list a lot of meteorwrongs, and there are some stones that at least look somewhat like your..though I gave them only cursory glance: http://meteorites.wustl.edu/meteorwr...teorwrongs.htm

Probably not a meteorite. If it's NOT magnetic it's most probably not a meteorite. File a flat part on the surface of the stone, or slice it on an inconspicuous side and photograph the interior. (you will not damage the value if it's a meteorite, as scientists must also cut into the rock to determine origin and chemical makeup) Test with a powerful "rare earth" magnet for magnetic properties. Look for tiny perfect spheroids (chondrules). And see if there is any iron flecking, bits of metal within the stone matrix. Post new photos...

it's not a meteorite, you can see from the pictures that there is not a fusion crust. Instead it looks like there are some very small greenish tinted crystal formations, therefore I think that its an igneous volcanic rock created right here on earth.
