help on purchase
Whats a good overall metal detector that i can get for about three hundred dollars?
Im mostly going to be searching land

I don't own one, but the Garret ACE 250 seems to be a very popular machine. There are a lot of members here that use this model, so you may get some better feedback from them. Good luck on whichever unit you choose.

I have a Garrett Ace 250 for about $250 and have enjoyed hunting with it. Very light, easy to read display, accurate target id and pinpoint.

The Ace 250 sells for 212.45 but you should also look at the Tesoro Cibola at 340.00. Great detector for the price. Let me know if you need any more help with your purchase.
