Help Received! Wow...what a guy!
My buddy was nice enough to loan me his Excal II for my trip to Florida... I met him at his work this afternoon and he gave me the detector and the charger... I got home and couldn't figure out how to charge the thing.. I talked with him and he said it has an adapter that the charger plugs in to... I had it nowhere! He went back out to his car to check...sure enough it was on the ground and someone ran over it with a fork lift!!! It's toast! Is there anyone out there with an extra charging adapter prong for the excal II???? Please let me know!

Did you try Kelly co. They might be able to ship one out asap. I know what your talking about as far as the adapter.

I've been saved!!!! LOL This is rather unbelievable... John (Lowjiber) of former mod squad fame, sent me a PM last night... He told me to give him my address and he is overnighting me a White's Surfmaster PI !!!! I'm just floored at this kind of generosity! What a guy! I'll have the detector tomorrow morning!
