Default Please help identify

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum as well as metal detecting. Only been md'ing for about 1 year now. I found this object in an elementry school playground. I've tried doing some researching in hopes to identify it, but I've been unsuccessful so far. If any one knows what it is, I'd appreciate it.
