Default Quantity? No, quality? Oh yea!!

Went to a friends mini 18 acre estate that I have permission to detect and not much was happening, the usual junk and old shell casings and on the way back to the truck for a break walking along a path I get a 95 on the Cortes
showing Silver about 4" down so I cut a plug and bang up comes about as early a Merc. (2nd year) as you can get and in super nice shape.
It doesn't take much to make me happy and this one is one of them.

Great find! I like hearing when someone finds something really nice on the way back to the vehicle. That's too cool.

If that is a D mint mark, and it looks like it, it worth about 5 dollars, way to go!
