Default Women Hired To Demine 136,000 Land Mines...... I Wonder If The New "Garrett RECON-PRO AML-1000" Is Being Utilzed?

Not trying to get political or politically correct, but an all female crew have been formed to demine the Jordanian-Syrian boarder, to remove 136,000 mines. A huge challenge in itself. Garrett has a new metal detector design, the RECON-PRO AML-1000 http://www.garrett.com/recon/r_aml_1...w_detector.htm which has some incredible features.

Check out the article on the all female demining crew:

I knew Minelab made demining detectors ( http://www.minelab.com/usa/countermine ), but I didn't know Garrett did.

Interesting stuff. You know there's some relics buried over there.
The Garrett Anti-mine page is http://www.garrett.com/cm_erw.htm
