Smile Found 1892 Barber Dime, '35 Merc, silver ring + some more cool finds!!

Fellow MDer's,

Had 1/2 the afternoon today to MD. I went down to a house where I have done some tile floors to look at an "eyebrow" window in the roof that had its window stool rotting off. Told the homeowner I could probably figure out how to replace the stool and would figure on doing it after winter. With work out of the way I hit the yard for some MD fun. This is the same house where I found a rough 1864 Two Center a couple of weeks ago. I went slow and methodically with my DFX and had lots of luck pulling targets. Best finds were a 1892 Barber dime and '35 Merc, both were kind of stubborn getting a good signal on but felt there was a good target under the ground - luckily I dugem . Also for silver I dug a nice simple silver ring that I gave to my daughter. Found 9 Wheats with 2 real nice 1915's. Found a real nice rabbit figure to go with a mouse figure I also found in this yard, real heavy cast object that rang up 80-81 VDI. Found $3.96 in newer change which made for a lot of wishful false silver hopes. Some of the miscellaneous items of interest where the marbles found in dug holes, Japanese aluminum coin, and a musketball?? I believe.

We are getting some good rain here tonight and hope to get some good detecting in this weekend before the snow or freezing ground sets in. Enjoy the pics!!

Scott
