Default Dug this today in small park

Me and a friend were detecting today and I dug this have no idea what it is , its about the size of a half dollar and its made from lead . Magnet won't stick to it .and its heavy . Had gold plating on it but its about all come off . Don't think its off a briddle cause its real heavy .Anyone have a idea what it may be ?

Thats what I thought at first Relic but its really heavy made of lead I believe would of made the briddle really heavy with more than one on it .That square piece in the back is solid no hole for a strap to go thru or anything like that just a solid square thing sticking out the back .
