Default Out of the blue...

While servicing some customer's equipment at their site the other day, I noticed an abandoned house next door and asked if it was their property. They said yes, and I ask permission to MD the place, and was told "Sure, help yourself, it's going to be torn down anyway". Sometimes it's TOO easy.
