Default Wife forces me to buy metal detector

Hi, I'm Art.. aka Marlboroman...

So, my wife tell me to buy myself something nice for Father's Day, or she will do it.

So.. I've got a Bounty Hunter Lone Star.. just got a Garrett propointer.. what else do I need... er, want? Well, the Ace 250 was looking mighty nice. Looked around on eBay, and what pops up? A 10% off coupon in my inbox! Got it for less than $200 with shipping! Arrived today!

NOW all I need is the time to actually try it out! Maybe this weekend, though it's supposed to rain.

The ol' Ace 250... or the Addict maker as I like to refer to it... It's a great machine and you'll have fun with it!

Yeah, but don't do what I did for my wife's first Mother's Day almost 40 years ago, I got her a vacuum cleaner! Still haven't lived that one down!
