Default Old High School Closing

This HS will see its last class in about a week. It opened in 1951.
Where do I start?

a good starting point would be near where the doors the kids hung out before school and during breaks. The sides and back of the school seem to hold the most stuff where i've been hunting. Also try the edges of the practice fields for football and soccer. Also the edges of the circular track if there is one.and if there's a football stadium..near the gated entrance if there's any grass there. I have had good luck at a high school near me by hunting the neutral ground on the side of the school between the road and sidewalk. Lots of coins there usually.

I like the suggestion of between the road and the stadium, thanks Hook.
I'm also thinking along the woods, if you know what I mean

In addition to what Hook mentioned, I would check out where kids may have played games of football. In my younger days, we always met at the school to play a pick up game. I like the area between the parking lot and the ball field. Close to parking, flat and level, no obstacles in the way. Looks like a nice summer project. If you need some help.....

I would start at the parking lot.
