Hey everyone. Hope all are doing well. Just wanted to show you this sweet little piece of hammered silver I recovered tonight from my early river site Ive been working since last year. It took 13 cobs but I finally got one with a date. Thanks for looking

Woah! Cool historical find, especially with a date... but thirteen?! It sounds like you're on some pretty good hunting grounds!

What ? *Only* 13 cobs ? Sshheesk, most of us would gladly take a single one. And suffer with no date. In over 40 yrs. of md'ing, I've only got one cob. And can only think of 3 or 4 found in the entire state of CA by md'rs. Doh !
