Well.......I needed 5 more to get to my #500 lifetime silver. I had to drive the gf back to her doctors appointment near the park where I dug the 5 silvers a few weeks back.....
I had been back there twice since digging the 5 and came up empty both times, so I was just praying I could find just one deep straggler left in that park......
Well, the first one came along after just ten minutes.....then 2 , then a 8 inch deep merc, .....then another deep merc,.....now I was excited, but yet knowing that everything in the park is probably gonna be newer silver I was kinda hoping #500 would not happen there so I could get it later at an older site.......but she finally came along after about 3 hours of digging in the sun.....I was a bit bummed to see the scratch on the quarter, I don't think I did that , but maybe.....I did notice that it looks to be slightly bent out where the scratch is , so maybe it was a mower that did that ....
Well, now that that monkey is off my back, I'm gonna concentrate on my house projects(new roof, new stamped concrete walkway,and a few others) and losing a few pounds , get some more soccer games in with the summer crew, and get the pool ready for west coast family coming in soon.......

Congratulations. And Trapper is correct, finding 5 silver hunt totals is awfully tough nowadays.
That is a crazy amount!
