Default Ring return

I found this 10k high school ring about ten years ago and have been trying to return it since then. The owners name is inscribed inside and I've finally located "Ben". He lives in the next town from me and works for the water company. I really enjoy being able to return family heirlooms. I expect Ben will be calling today.

Update: Met Ben today, he only had the ring for three months following graduation in 1997 and lost it on the football field where I found it about ten years ago. Ben was extremely happy and never expected to see it again. Is this a great Hobby or what!!!

Did he offer you a reward? Not that you would take it, but what was it?

Nice job on the return! I still haven't found a class ring in about 13 years in the hobby.

Well done and congrats on a nice ring find/return. I bet the owner is really happy after 10 years of it being lost.

There were actually 2 rewards. Finding it, then returning it. I never thought about others nor were others necessary
