Default Need Expert Help

I just finished laying underground high voltage wiring - 8 inches deep - when I finished i reallized that my gold wedding band was gone - what can i use to differentiate the copper wire from the gold ring?

Anywhere to rent?

Default Try this.....

Search the "Find a hunting buddy" area. Got to be someone near you who can help. That does sound a bit tricky. Guess in a worse case scenario you could retrench and check the dirt. Maybe it's not even in the area you dug, but nearby.

Ewemule gave you the best advice. It certainly will not be easy. You may wind up pulling up the cable and searching the area and then re-burying it. Good luck.

Hey, my Garrett GTI 2500 will do just that,I think maybe the "other" 1200$ machines may also,but I dont know, you can use a ring that is similar in size and the gold you had,scan that ring, and discriminate out everything else, It will only pick up that ring, or similar.
