Here's a display of stamped gold I dug over the years. Every piece is stamped 10k or 14K but officially discredited to junk metal.. Better be sure of your gold finds - or your future purchases. Steve in so la

Quite a few chains in there too, whilst they're not worth much, they're still quite nice

That would be a heart breaker. I did buy a gold necklets when I was younger that turned out to be junk.

I've actually never tested a few of my pieces for fear of being heartbroken...

They still display nicely
