Default Grilling down by the lake

Found my first grill today at the lake during a lunch hunt.

But not sure if they’re really gold or not.

Holds 10k acid but the 14k eats it up...(10k acid is at top in pics, second pic is after a few minutes) any other metals hold up to 10k acid?

3.9g

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Thanks! You’ll get your gator head when you reach 10,000 posts here, forum gift instead of the standard toaster (my brother actually brought it back from Louisiana for me, have had it a long time, had to run it under the sink to get all the dust off of it for the pic)

At 10K it’s most likely decorative. If it was functional
From a Dentist it would have been more in the 16K area. Still a
Nice find congrats

Nice chunk of gold GS- congrats! I've yet to find one and even though it's not as pretty as a ring, gold is gold.
