Thumbs up N.E. Ohio get together

Are you in Northeast Ohio? Do you have cabin fever? Are you hankering to get out and talk about metal detecting since the weather prevents us from
actually doing it?

If so, let's get together over coffee or lunch and discuss our metal detecting passion.

There are several folks in the Akron area [Summit county] that are currently having discussion in the forums. So let's initially meet in Akron [in the beginning of March] and future meeting places can be discussed.

If you are interested, please contact us in the forum or private message.

Location and specific time will be posted pending responses.

I am in Norwalk, about an hour away and would love to get together, depending on the date of course. Count me in.....We may even be able to hit a spot in March if some are up to it

If we were to hit a spot, I'd say we should do a big field, maybe a past fairground. Better get permission now!

I would love to find and get permission to hunt an old amusement park. I think under and around roller coasters and other rides would be a prime spot. Anyone know of any of these and a contact? I have seen a few here online but no contact info.
