Default Question about a Tesoro

Well its been a few years since I bought a new detector and I plan on buying a sand shark in the next few days. It seems everywhere I look at this machine its the exact same price, and no extras. Seems like when I bought my gti 1500 some included a digger or a bag. Is this the norm with Tesoro? Thanks. BTW I think some of you guys are undercover for the big detector companies. 5 minutes after I found this site, I had to have a new one for in the water! Ya got me.

Yes it is the norm with Tesoro, they don't throw in a bunch of "junk" to get you to buy their detectors. They also have set prices a dealer has to sell at, it makes things fair for everyone. A dealer can throw in some extra goodies when buying a Tesoro if they want to. They are a great company with excellent detectors. Steve.

Being a Tesoro dealer I need to say this, we are not even allowed to throw in anything called the freebies, without adding the dollar value of said throwins to the selling price of a Tesoro. So If I sell you a Cibola at 340.00 and say I am going to throw in a 15.00 digger I still have to add the 15.00 to the cost of the Cibola. That is why I have much respect for and like being a Tesoro dealer.
I have a motto that I don't tell anyone and keep it to myself because I'm sure no one wants to hear it, but it is the truth. But Tesoro may not be the most sophisticated metal detectors but they still work great in my opinion.
Ok I just wanted to chime in here along with you Steve and I appreciate your thoughts about Tesoro. Good hunting Steve and to all on the forum! Beachnutz, if I can help you invest in a new Sand Shark just call me at John's Detectors. Thanks.
