Here are the majority of finds from my hunt today. Although it was in the high 90's here in georgia I went out for 4-5 hrs and it was one of my best trips to date.

Great hunt. Yea, these Georgia temps are killing us. I got out for about an hour over lunch yesterday and came back in a sweaty mess.

Yes brass doorknob. Other finds in the picture: atlanta police button with scovill mfg co backmark, overalls button, 1900 ihp, 3 fired enfields, 4 fired Minie balls, 1 dropped Minie ball.
