Default 12.14.08 finds.

It was a pretty nice day for hunting, although it was windy and cool. Not as windy as yesterday. I started out at the local High School hunting around the bleachers and perimeter of one of the ball fields. I found junk, some clad and my first coin spill with five dimes. They were at about 6 inches, dirty and dark colored. As I found each one I was sure it was silver, but the oldest turned out to be a 1965.
I then hit an older elementary school and hunted the large school yard in the back. Took me almost 4 hours and only found clad and trash. Was really hoping for a least a wheat if not silver. In a slump here!
Great day and lots of fun diggin'!

Thanks for looking and HH,
Rick

I hate those coins that are 1965... they're so close! :spin:
