I got out today with candianguy bush wacking trying to find some old spots on my list, struck out badly at two and decided on the way back to hit an "old reliable'. Glad we did...
I hit the cob first, i knew what it was as soon as i saw it, the faint cross showing through the dust. This is only my second cob i've ever found! As far as i can tell it's early 1700's, sure wish it had a legible date...
A few minutes later i hit the 1803, talk about making my week!
HH all, they are still out there!

Macuca

Nice Macuca, that is on to of my bucket list, i see you were using the x-terra, what freq coil are u using for coin shooting, do you have prolems with EMI with this machine, i dont know if mine needs to be sent to minelab or if its normal, mine goes a little haywire sometimes on -6-8 dadada dada dadadada and so on i try to noise cancel, ground balance and nothing changes, drop sens and it helps. What is your take on this. Any ways congrats on the pair of silvers.
