Default Did someone say TRASH?

I think it was mentioned in another thread about some getting frustrated about digging trash, instead of all treasure.Hey,if it was easy all the good stuff would have already been found!
I look at it like this, you don't know its junk till you dig it,and the anticipation of treasure is what keeps us going in this hobby.Heck,I haven't found anything to post in the 'mind blowing finds ' section yet,but I'll keep digging till I do.
Having said all that, heres my first 'trash' pic from this weekend, and the goodies too.
102 coins/$4.77, some assorted stuff, and a 'thank you Jesus' pendant.

And lots of mosquito bites, with all the rain lately, they are mean!!!

Default Trash

I wonder how many pull tabs have been pulled from the earth by people metal detecting. I would imagine I have honestly removed several thousand by myself. Just think of all the good your doing by taking the trash out of the area I kind of think of it as paying for the right to detect.

Looks about like my findings at the end of the day. Most of that garbage is the kind that gives solid signals. Americans generally outcoin me though...as you did..

Nice Hello Kitty! I live in Japan and I don't think I have ever posted a Kitty item!!!!

Once you get the trash out the deeper coins will show up.

Keep up the good fight.

Thank you for posting your trash! I love to see what people are tossing. Thanks for picking up the glass too.

We need to be realistic for the newbies here, They're not just going to find goodies!

Exclamation One Mans trash,

Is another mans Treasure. Just think about all the pull tabs we pull out and howmuch good we do. on top of that, imagine A 5gal bucket full of Pull tabs and taking that to the recyclers. I wonder how much it would weigh, and how muchs money they would give. HMmmm.

Actually that is so freaking true!! Garbage has always been a good indicator for me as to whether or not a place is going to be good. No garbage... no good stuff...

Most of this came from my 'go to' park,an old park downtown that I know has some more good stuff.I have 2 silver rings from there so far,and I am determined to clean it out till I find what I'm looking for.
