The Headhunter PI is around $700. The White's can be purchased for around $800.

The Goldpic is non motion and is more a D.I.Y. project.
If you want to go that way there's commercial quality P.I.'s you can build, if you have the time/skill, listed on the Geo Tech forum. Best cheap, but well made with excellent performance, is the C-Scope 4PI which in the U.K. is about £200 $360? Its a development from the much more expensive 6PI which was designed by Eric Foster, the King of Pulse.
