Default More button help needed please

Mainly the silver one. It's roughly the size of a dime.
Has a P. on the left and an I. on the right.
Inside a sheild appears to be 5 stars at top, bottom left a lion and bottom right a man in armor.
I'm thinking either miltary or police enforcement.
No luck finding anything on it.
Wish i could have taken better photo but time for a new camera.

The older one just appears to be an old ornamental one. Very rusted on back so I assume metal rather than brass.
Thanks for any help.

That's funny. That was actually my first thought. I know a couple of members here were in law enforcement so kind of hoping they may know for sure.
Thanks

Not sure, even using a magnifier myself I can't make out the middle too well (no pun intended ).
Aren't there also Police Investigators? I'm thinking that more than Private because being discrete as they are I don't think they'd wear such a button.
