Exclamation smashed on train tracks (Silver?)

i found these 2 in totally different spots one is a zinc penny and the other a dime. can any one tell me if the dime is silver or clad by the patina. dime is the first pic then the penny. also the way i know its a dime is i can see rosies head but its to small to pick up with the camera.

You should be able to see some copper in those knicked areas if it's clad.
