Does anyone know what is in the 25 Best Kept Secrets Book?

I saw it at Kellyco and was kind of wondering what was in it? I was thinking it is probably just a bunch of common knowledge, but you never know. GL and HH

I'm not sure, but I'd say that unless you'd like useless knowledge, I'd say don't buy those little books. I got a "treasure guide by state" cd with my detector and it just has old tales and such about each state. It said it was $35.00 or something like that new. A waste in my opinion.

It was just some free book that you got with md purchases. I would never pay for it. It is probably, not worth it.

Yes. That is the same book. I didn't know if it might have any good advice for beginners like myself.

That book title is a misprint. It was supposed to be titled "the 25 NOT SO Best Kept Secrets"

I think I have one that came with a MD. There's not much that you can't get everyday here on the forum.

I actually bought that book a while ago. Really felt ripped-off when it arrived. Couple months later I sold a detector and tossed it in the box too.

It can be helpful to those who have never MD'd before... however, this forum can be even more helpful.... I would never buy the book, it did come free with one of my detectors. RickO

Haha, yeah... this forum and the links found within are far more capable of throwing some tips your way than that book.
