Default It's a Bullseye

Last night I was looking at some of the coins that I had found while I was vacationing in California and ran across this one and it looks to me as if someone was dead on with a bullet what do you think? also found a wheatie that I wasn't aware of.

Whats with the lint in your carpet?...I kid! I kid! Nice finds for sure. Reckon the bullets(if thats the case) were small caliber. Anything much bigger than a .25 would have penetrated the coin through. Neat item nonetheless.
