3 Gold,two silver at the beach

Met up with Imalookin today.Man we got a rain storm! Think my eyeballs are still sandblasted!Found the Sterling St.Christopher first.Then the 10k signet ring.Thought they were junk at first.After the electrical storm,hit the Sterling ring.Then the 14k Italy Herringbone necklace.Then the 14k signet ring.The necklace i believe was spinning in the current coming over the sandbar.Man what a day for me.I needed this i can't tell you how much! Greg was nice enough to let me borrow his acid testing stone.Figured it was all real.But i suck at guessingBy the way Greg! Next dinner is on me! You won't even have to split that gold ring like Bigpoppa suggested

Super day at the beach!!

What a great day to hunt. First hour was OK then the sky fell. After it cleared enough you hit some nice targets! Nice to see gold from that beach. It is really sanded in though. I think you got it all.

You should have removed that SS chain from the pendant. Don't mix precious metals with !!!!. :-)

Still didn't find a gold grille. Appreciate the company Greg! Now i gotta take some time to look for my acid test stone in the litterbox.I won't mix them up.They'd never be able to pass yours.

I like those Herringbone chains, but they kink real easy and then they never look the same after that. Looks like the lobster claw clasp failed. Nice hunt

I got a big stainless lip on my aluminum scoop.Lucky it didn't cut it in half.Was laying on the lip of the scoop as i pulled it out.Of course a little more current and i'd have probably lost it.The herringbone ones don't drop straight down if they fall out of the scoop.

great finds,congrats, we had some of those storms come down this way this morning also. cwmike was out on a beach, I wanted to hunt but had to work, met up with him and talked a bit then he went back in water and I went in to work sundays another day and ill get out....and Greg mike says your comingg down our way end of te month, hope we can all get together...GL+HH.....cliff.

I plan to be there Tuesday through Friday. If you can get time lets all do a DF hunt low tide! Put signs up that say "Beach Closed To Detecting" so we can build up some goodies!
