Any advice on an older (metal box) Tesoro Silver Sabre?

Well....it is on its way. Older Tesoro Silver Sabre. Hope I haven't goofed on this one. I know it looks like the box says Cutless...but I was told the card inside is from a Silver Sabre.

....All you can do now is try it out......Maybe call Tesoro and ask them if that will work as stated....they might have a repair record for it....Good Luck...

Default still looking...not.

Got the unit today. Seems to be in working order. Will try it out this afternoon. Looks almost new. Very well kept.

Default finished looking.....

Did a field test today....works great! Realy picks out the gold well, very strong sig. Hope to take it out for a find this weekend! Not bad for 100 clams.
