Default First Ever Merc!
Had an hour to kill yesterday so did a quick hunt in my daughter's back yard. The yard was loaded with nails and I was getting ready to leave but told myself I'd dig one more good signal. This was the result...1944 Merc, no mint mark, less than 2 inches below surface. I'll be going back when i have more time and the heat & humidity eases up.
