Default Late night in the water

I got in the water at 7:30 tonight, got out at midnight... My excal was deeper than me at the end... Feeling better, i'm mostly over my strep throat now.
Still following the lead at a newish site, plenty of it to follow, but all the coins from there were old and crusty, good sign of things to come...
3 rings, one 10k with the stone, other two are more fine stainless tickets for my collection.... Bracelet looked good, but did not test good....Next time....
HH all!

Luck and be careful...

Its amazing how that 10k tarnishes like that... usually means its a old ring... I have several that I thought were junk because they were black in color but had good stones in them and tested for 10k

Nice looking hunt on all the finds Zee congrats

To many critters out there that late for me.... not to mention the creapy sort of people that might be out there on the beach around here. Stay safe. Those are great find..... real great. You sure about that bracelet? Sure looks good.

You do know that there are things in the water that come in close to shore at night looking for food don't you? They are bigger than you and 50 times stronger. I know you are braver than me! The waters were you hunt have even more evil things in the water than here in NE Florida to include nasty man-o-wars you can not see but are ready to burn your flesh off. You are now on the ocean food chain and it is brutal. Be safe.

I really like hunting the wet sand at night though but never in the water. Night hunting to me is new but I have enjoyed them all. Yes, there are some party people on the beach half drunk walking by at times and homeless people from time to time wanting a cigarette. So far they have not been a problem. I also carry a small sidearm on my belt. Perfectly legal to carry open here and at night you really can't see it well so I feel safe hunting alone. If I hunt with a buddy which I like, then it is even more fun. Go out when the moon is bright. It is beautiful.

Thanks guys! When i get in the water at night i am not alone, plenty of locals frolicking in the water as well... Sharks don't occupy my mind as a danger really, last attack was in 1920. i've talked to plenty of local fisherman and they never reel in sharks... Jelly fish are mainly an issue in the winter, the strong "norte" storms blow them in, but stingrays are around, so i make sure to do the stingray shuffle day and night....

Nice gold!

Sharks are unlikely to kill you. Rip currents more likely.

Zee, you are a digging machine. Look at all those targets! Great finds on the rings once again. I cannot get over the amount of targets you dig.
