Default Maybe a bit later than usual posting KT's results this week

KT's monthly motorcycle club meeting is this Thursday evening, the usual night He starts His Royal CRHing of His Boxes. Sooo....not wanting to miss the Club meeting...KT will get a later start than normal on ripping his Royal Rolls!

It will probably be sometime Friday evening when KT gets the hunt wrapped up, documented and pictures for the Forum...But hang in there, KT will report it back in THIS thread!

Thanks all!

Just received some bad news on my second order this week. Apparently, the branch did not need change so no order was placed. This has now happened to me twice in the last three weeks. Oh, well. No complaining here, my attitude has always been that the bank is doing me a favor. Plus, they do not charge the commercial fee for coins to my commercial account, so overall no compliants. But certainly, momentary disappointment.

I talked to a couple of different bank tellers a while back...one said they don't stock halves, and "can no longer get them".

Both mentioned 3-4 regulars that grab up any rolls brought in to the branches.

There are plenty of banks out there...you need to shop around and if you find some willing bank that regularly orders coins, then move your accounts there, as that will give you an inroad on the situation!

Hey copy, FYI bank of America orders coins for free if you have an account with them. Lots of banks do it but bank of America is everywhere. Good luck KT! And be sure to check out my Franklin I posted on my thread, tell me what you think of it

I am not sure about the ordering part, but I do enjoy dumping on BOA. There are so many branches that I pass on a daily basis, that it makes for a real easy dump.

Default Well here are the results!

Yep, finished them out just a few minutes ago. Here we go!

Box 1 - 2 BenFs!, 2 NIFCs
Box 2 - 3 NIFCs
Box 3 - 2 NIFCs
Box 4 - 3 NIFCs
Box 5 - 1 40%er, 2 NIFCs

The BenFs really surprized me as they are sparse, but KT is certain they came out of one roll...were not there as enders anywho!

Here's the pics and KT updated his signature to reflect the addition of these to The King's Treasure Trove!

Nice Bens!!! I have only found 4 this entire year and you found two in one box. That is crazy that you found more Bens than 40% ers. Now, that is a trend I am sure you would like to continue.

Very nice franklins there! I've only found a few but that's okay because I think they are ugly, I'll take a walker any day over Ben. But hell I'll take a Franklin over a skunk! I don't collect the new Kennedy's, most I find are beat up so I just send them all back. I've found so many. Keep on searching KT!

Thanks guys! I always hope for an average of 1 40 %er per box for a decent hunt...with 2 bens and 1 40%er...that's better then 5 40%ers in 5 boxes, silver content wise, so it was a good one! HA HA that made nos 4 & 5 on the BenFs this year!

Yep, especially after some 4 weeks of hunts without a 90%er! all the way to the horde!

Default Report on the dump machine overages !

First $1000 yielded $1.55 overage.
Second $1000 today yielded $7.80 on the slip and 25 cents fished from garbage in machine slot...the quarter had a wadded up piece of duct tape on one side so it could not pass through the coin counting slot! HA HA

Total so far with $500 left to drop.....$9.60....! Gotta love THAT!

KT also found 2 identical strange tokens/coins/medallions in the trash can, have posted pics requesting ID in the Id my finds section on the Forum.

Made the final dump on Monday, the 11th, for another $1.30 and a magnetic Canadian quarter hung on the magnet in the drop chute!...Total overage came in at $10.90! ALL RIGHT!
