Civil War Relics

I was MDing at a place that was know for a spot that cannons were placeed during the Civil War and i found these two pieces. The first one lookes like it could be a knife head but the second one im not too sure about.

Look's like a horse shoe that was broke, and some of the nails are still in it......nice find though.

Thanks. I only had like 45 minutes to look around that day but im gonna wait til i have a full day to MD. Hopefully i find a lot more.
