Denied!! Damn Terrorists!!

I recently took a ride scouting potential spots to hunt and found three really good spots, 1700s animal pound foundation, old colonial cellar hole and a church foundation built in the 1840s. I found out that a local water company owns the land, and when I stop to ask to get a permit I was told that because of 911 they do not give out permits for recreational use anymore! These spots aren't near any resevoirs and the r actually right off the road! Anyway, I think its just stupid!

Yeah it is stupid.
every little "official" in the country who has even a little control freak in them now has the power to close anything off at a whim because of the all-powerful terriss who lurks behind every tree in the boonies.

I guess we're losing the "war" so far huh?
Too bad they say it will last basically forever.
