Default What dos 10K FSFMCO Mean in a ring??

Gotta couple of nice ones this AM and this is stamped in one of them!

FMCO is...

Finberg Manufacturing Co. of Attleboro, Massachusetts, since 1888

Don't know what FS means. They do have a GF designation for Gold Filled but not a FS.
