Default 1892 Railroad Boarding house

So one of my wifes friends bought a home a few years ago that was built in 1892, and when it was built it was used by the Railroad as Housing for their workers. She said in the 3 years they have lived there, about once a month someone comes by wanting to MD the yard. She has never let anyone, until now She said I am more than welcome to hit the yard and keep all the junk I can dig up. And she clarified that anything with dirt stuck to it is junk

How can I do some research on the property from home on a sunday? Libraries are not open, and when I look up the address on google i get a bunch of Zillow and other realtor pages.
