Default Any idea what this thing is?

Hi All,

Got out for a couple short hunts this weekend. Founds a few silver coins, a ring, a bunch of wheaties and something that I don't know what it is - guesses/info welcome. It rang up as a wheat penny and was about 8 inches down. Other than that I have no idea what it was.

Can you make out the text? Might be a vital clue.

I think it says Armand, USA, but I can't really read the first word. Above the text there is a picture of a woman with her hair up.

That is a cool lipstick tube and it should clean up fairly well. Nice find.

Thanks everyone. It's a cool find and I appreciate all the help tracking down what it is.

I also got a message that the ring I found in the video is likely made out of a melted silver coin! That's cool. I will have to get it cleaned up better this weekend and put the magnifying glass over it again to read the letters and try to map them back to a coin!
