I will def get a nicer one... I bought some mountain property in texas and hope to find some meteorites there soon! I noticed there isnt much mention of that incredibly fun hobby on here! some of the finest space rocks were located with MD's! Have a great day!

Albert,

I think it's because a lot of times other members have found what they thought were meteorites, but turned out to be iron slag or something else. But I know there are ways to test if an iron stone is an actual meteorite. But yes that would be an awesome find!! Though some of the larger ones, boulder size would be a bit difficult to move!!
