Default Minelab Customer Service A++++

I have heard the horror stories from years past.. Well I can honestly say, and you can like it or not... I sent my E-Trac in 1 week ago Monday(on their dime) for a power cycling issue. They received it Wednesday the 28th. I called and made sure they had it.. The lady I spoke to told me 10 to 15 business days.. so I'm thinking last of next week.. Well 1hour ago the UPS guy dropped off my repaired E-Trac.. Now that is frickin fast!! Wtg Minelab
They replaced the face plate and it is working just fine!!!

Great service is always appreciated. Minelab has been slammed on it for a long time. If things are turned around then people should know. I have heard a few good reviews of Minelab's service recently. It seems better times are here.

Wow great news. I always heard dealing with Minelab was worse than getting 2 root canals

Glad they got their act together...

I have been having my etrac randomly shutting off for no reason. Is this your issue?

The new people up there are GREAT! I deal with them on occasion and I can say they will do whatever it takes to make things right.

Actually mine would turn on and cycle the E-Trac start up tone, if I left the battery in it for longer than an hour... It would operator ok, but when I would head to the house, about half way home it would turn on and off till the battery ran down...
Jressman call 1-877-767-6522. They will send you a ups label thru email and you can ship it free. get it in if your having an issue..

I had to send my 2 week old Excal II in for service. They received it, called me and asked if I wanted to wait for repairs or they would just replace it.

It was hard letting the old Excal go (I had only used it twice), but the new one arrived and I'm all set.

Fantastic customer service from Minelab here... I was worried too..

Glad you got the same service I did!

I don't think you will have anything to worry about anymore.. Good Luck with the 705. I had the predecessor Xterra 70, it worked really well and I liked it.

Can't go wromg with an Xterra 705- Had mine for two years and I am still amazed at what it pulls up with the right coils attached.
