Need Excalibur II 1000 Opinion

I have narrowed my choice for a water detector to the Excalibur II 1000 and am interested in purchasing one. I am interested to see what forum members think about this machine for both fresh and salt water hunting. I would also be interested in hearing from any minelab authorized dealers who can deal on this machine.
