The store is in Orlando. They have a nice show room where you can try out the detectors. They have a good selection of accessories also, I wasn't too impressed with the help there, but I only visited them once. The place is kinda hard to find, even with a GPS. A live person on the phone is certainly the way to go.

Yeah. I just got a coil from them that I couldn't buy elsewhere. The tracking system as simple and effective - normal fare for ecommerce site. I then turned on email notifications on Fedex and that worked as expected also.

Actually, Winter Park, and it's on the other side of Orlando from me. About an hour drive for me. Really hate driving through Orlando, no matter how carefully you plot your route, there some sort of construction detour, that puts you on a toll road. Think I'd have to know for sure they have a floor model Plumb Bob to try out. Though, I might make the drive for a SEF coil sometime, but UPS should only take a day or two...

Gotta chime in here.
I did have an initial communication problem with Kellyco last year. After a conversation with Dan Gerrell, their service has been outstanding. I have ordered from them 5 or 6 times since then, with zero problems. They have always provided a tracking # on my orders.
If you contact them I would ask for JW, Shavon, or even Dan if you have a problem. He's a busy guy but he will get back with you.
