Default small button?

found this today at about 10" rang in at 13-42 on the E-trac.
it looks like a small button. it is what's left of copper, the front is just too corroded to see any design, but the back still has some little points...like it was clamped on to something.

I think the only info to be gleamed from those pics is that it's a cuff button. And that's assuming it was a button.

yeh I knew there wasn't much left of it...best pics I could get. looks almost like a snap button top. don't know how old it is, guess I'll throw it in the whatzit jar! thanks.

awww yes the joy of identifying digs gotta love this hobby sure id say its a button but prob wont work anymore if you tried
