Default Any ideas ?

This was found at an old Hotel site, lots of military visitors to the hotel. I didn't find it but I'm the only one in the group who knows how to use a camera

wg - does the large end have the same holes as the small end? If it has to larger holes, perehaps they held corks. Now don't laugh, but the first thing that came to mind was a very old (duh) salt & pepper shaker for a mess kit. But looking at it again, it would dangle on the wrong end and lose its contents. Okay, forget that idea. Maybe its some sort of whistle that made two different calls?

Definitely old and a cool find. The whistle is a good suggestion. I like it

Anything on the other ends?

Would have never EVER come up with that. Only because I have never seen a sprayer of that type. Darn, the mystery was more fun!

The very first thing that came to my mind was a pair of binoculars! But then, why the tiny holes on the end? Interesting. Might just be something as simple as a salt/peper shaker. What about a button mould? It certainly has the holes for the thread to go through! Strange indeed!
