Default School yard finds from this morning :)

Got out with Mark, Eugene and Andy early this morning. Went back to where I found that large gold chain

Started off to be a great day, but by 10am the humidy was starting to kick in, and the sweat started to roll

Here's Mark and Andy in search and find mode

This is another large park and school grounds. We all got lots of loot, Mark ended up with over $20.00 in clad

Andy got a neat silver chain, he also found a neat silver thingy after I took the pic below. It's from a chain that was about 2" long in the shape of a saw tooth.

Here's some of my neat finds, the locket is gold I can make out the K stamp, it's either 10 or 14K

Here's my pile of finds

And the pile sorted, about 15-16 bucks in clad and a few other things

Gotta keep looking - "There's gold in those, huh, fields somewhere!"
Great day for friends to be together, doing what friends do best! I like that silver chain; I found one almost just like it a week or two ago.

Default Nice Day!

I got out myself today too, for about 6 hours, and found 74 coins, a little over $3, not even alot of garbage for a change! Found $1.51 yesterday out of like 31 coins in 4 hours. One benefit to living in ND. Seems pretty virgin, no matter where I go. I just dumped a 5 qrt bucket full of junk of course, that I picked up in the last few trips, so there was no shortage of that either!

Still a newbie getting adjusted to my XLT, I just purchased a month ago. I Intend to go to my hometown in a week, or so, town is over 100 years old, with old retired/closed, High School, Grade Schools, and Ball Diamond, that were replaced by new ones about 10 yrs ago. Doubt any of the town has ever been detected! Plus,I know most everyone there for permission. Hoping, for good hunting days ahead. Oldies hopefully!

Looks like you guys had the place to yourself. I can't seem to find a cow pasture without people running all through it. Nice finds!
