Default Now that you mention it.....

The "T" is a bit suspicious. It kind of curls up at the tips of the horizontal.
Oh, I edited original post but.....
SS 925E T? Circle "C" and maybe an S or 8 ?

I've found lots of references to ET being a French mark for jewelry sold in the country but not made in it. ET stands for étranger (French for foreign). Might be a stretch...

Default That's funny !

I put in E.T. and came up with hallmarks of British and English. There are hundreds to look at. I was thinking that the "S" or 8 may actually be a size ? It fits my pinky but I'm not sure what size that is. Interesting how the E is so crisp and the "T" is not and a bit further away. Then there is a bit of a curve in the metal that may have led them to adjust the "T" stamping.
This hobby has many interesting side streets.
Thanks.
Marty

The C is for copyright. Most likely not from overseas (england or france) as their jewelry has 4-5marks. 1.Standard Mark, 2. City Mark, 3. Date Letter, 4.Duty Mark, 5. Maker's Mark.

The E most likely stands for Electro-coating. Similar to Rhodium over sterling or white gold to protect it. It has a warmer look than super shiny rhodium.

taken from a website:

"E-coat: is an electrophoretic coating that provides maximum protection for anti-tarnish and extended wear. E-coat is not recommended for use with "88 metal", a white cast metal which cannot withstand the e-coat's curing cycle and will usually deform. The average e-coat thickness is usually less than 5 microns and covers the entire piece as it is electroplated. "

Ah, so it’s solid silver with plated white gold or rhodium. But what does the T stand for IMShooter?

The T I have no idea on. Sorry. First thought it was a whale tail or a Y or a T. Couldn't find anything with just a T/Y/whale tail.
