It's an advertisement. I think (phone 133) means it's so old that back when it was made the phone numbers in the area only had three digits

There may be other technical names for them but that's an advertisement token. They are given out to advertise businesses , kinda like a business card.

The back looks like it may have been attached to something. Phone number has me thinking 20's-30's.
Advertising Token often have more collector value than coins of same era. If it was a small business who had them made chances are the made a limited quantity like mine attached. Cool find what does the other side say?
